News and Summer at Corley Mill House

Happy Summer!

Be safe, be well, and continue to plan your dream wedding!

Times are definitely different. But, this is your time and do not let Covid 19 prevent you from having your dream wedding. It is something you will cherish for the rest of your life. You share this special day with your parents and grandparents who have watched you grow and waited for this your entire life. It can still be very special. Just a few precautions need to be taken and at The Corley Mill House, we are ready to help you with making your day safe and special for all your guests.

First, hand sanitizer will be placed in locations through out the venue. Our staff will wear mask and gloves. Our kitchen staff will be taking every precaution to ensure that your delicious food is safely made and presented in a safe manner. We will not have communal tongs, we will use bamboo skewers that each guests will get to pick up their food with. Speak with your Corley Mill representative to come up with cute and useful favors that apply to these unusual times. Example, provide each guests with a favor bag at the ceremony which has a mask, a disposable tong and a sanitizing wipe or two. It is very useful and helps to stop the spread of germs.

We also have a lot of outdoor space that can be used for social distancing. Utilize the beautiful grounds at The Corley Mill House .

After 23 years, I am retiring from the love of my life, WEDDINGS!
My husband, Steve and I have built a home on Lake Murray and will be fishing most days. Thanks for allowing me to do something so fantastic for all these years. The Corley Mill House will always have a special place in our hearts . We met so many wonderful people while we were there.
