The Classic Package

For the budget-conscious couple who still want a full-service venue experience.

The Luxe Package

For couples who want a polished, turnkey experience and premium aesthetic upgrades.
 
Pricing: Pricing: Fri & Sat $9,795
 
This is a two-day package which includes set-ups for both Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception. Includes everything in Our Signature Package, plus:
  • Premium linen package (specialty linens for 6 cocktail tables)
  • Suite Stocking (stocked beer fridge in Groom’s Rooms, mimosa bar in Bridal Suite)
  • Rehearsal Dinner space, 4 hours, and 1 bartender included the night before the wedding

Optional Add-Ons - `a la carte

  • Extra rental hours: $500 each
  • Specialty lighting (LED letters): $65 each
  • LED Dance Floor: 16′ x 16’ $2000
  • Additional bartenders: $300 for up to 4 hours

Wedding Director

To ensure that your special event runs smoothly and that you get to focus on celebrating with your family and friends, we expect that you will have a wedding director for your big day. The director would act as a liaison between you, your guests, and any other vendors or providers involved in your wedding (e.g. photographers, DJ/band, caterer) and be available for the duration of your wedding to solve any and all problems that may arise.

We have wedding directors on staff that are more than happy for you to use for the previously listed fee. This director is not a planner. However, they can assist you by suggesting vendors, giving you ideas for timelines and/or layouts, but their involvement is mainly limited to rehearsal and day-of coordinating. Their tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Final meeting two weeks prior to your wedding (discussing/finalizing all day-of details)
  • Running rehearsal
  • Arrival to venue 2 hours prior to ceremony and attendance throughout duration of event
  • Assist in finishing touches of decorating (e.g. lighting candles, placing signs, reserving chairs/tables)
  • Cake cutting and serving coordinated with the caterers
  • Reception order of events and schedule keeper (intros, dances, garter/bouquet toss, etc.)
  • Bustling dresses and attaching boutonnieres.
  • Helping with your send-off — lighting sparklers, putting your bags into your getaway car, etc.

You are welcome to use a professional planner or an outside wedding director for your day, but we ask that you let us know prior to your final meeting so we can collaborate with them and be aware of the capacity of our involvement. It is expected that they will attend your final meeting.

Bartending Services

Bar options: Hire a licensed bartending service OR utilize Corley Mill House bartenders.

1) A service will typically bring in everything for you including alcohol, cups, mixers, etc. and serve your guests. Some great local options include Twist Bartending, Ed’s Bartending, Pour Advice Bartending, and Liquid Assets. Whichever company you choose must provide us with a copy of their liquor liability insurance no less than 10 days prior to your event.

2) Our bartenders can serve your drinks for you, but you will need to provide your own alcohol, mixers, and garnishes. We will provide ice, cups, napkins, etc. and serve for up to 5 hours. At the end of the event, we will pack up any excess alcohol and send it home with the designated family member or friend. We typically recommend 1 bartender for groups under 75 and 2 bartenders for larger groups so that we can operate both of our bar locations.
